Q: If you forget a skill, do you get the skill points back? (from psiker)
A: I have Flying Sword (3rd level skill) at lvl 5 and each lvl costs 3 skill points. When I forget it, I will lose half the levels and have 2.5 left and it will be rounded up to 3. And, 3 (the halfed levels rounded up) times 3 (points needed per level) = 9 skills points back (6 skill points lost).
