Prince of Qin Online: Muscleman Tips'n'Hints

Build Tips'n'Hints

Jinmao's Muscleman

The primary stat for Muscleman is STR. Muscleman benefits the most from STR. Secondary stat for Muscleman is DEX and CON. Yes, Muscleman needs to have 2 secondary stats as he needs Shoot Rate to hit and HP/CDP to take punishment.
Add 5 STR, 3 DEX and 2 CON per level. At lvl20, convert to 5 STR 3 CON 2 DEX.
Once a while increase your WIS such that you should have enough MP for skill usage.

Dashi's Zookeeper

-General-
For Zookeepers, the best method is "Hit & Run". Mobs usually can't hit you if you keep running perpendicular to their line of fire. For now, mobs are so dumb that they will try to focus fire on you while your pets whack them up.

-Equipment
If you want to maintain a large zoo, +Mana and +Mana Regeneration items are important. For now, my +189% MP Regen long axe bought from the store at 20k+ is still serving me well, although the high water damage at around 50 still seem very lousy. The trick is to summon pets at intervals and not all at one go, so you will always have enough mana to keep summoning one every time one pet finished its timer.

-Skills-
As for the kind of pets to use, I recommend lvl 9 Wolves and Boars. Too bad i made the mistake of investing in Tigers. Boars make a better tank and their total damage is higher than Tigers.

-Stats-
For stats points, go for STR and CON, and sometimes DEX. Invest in +WIS or +MP items to make up for the lost in WIS points.

Skills Tips'n'Hints

"Rushing Into is really useful on early stage" -qwerty

"Tame, Tiger Paw, Rushing Into and Roaring Eagle if you are going to be a warrior." -siaokong

"You can't get your animals to attack others in PK, but other than that they work out great. If you level them up, yes it will take a lot of skill points, but it helps out greatly when you have lvl 9 dogs, to take a beating for you while you heal or do additional summonings. Each of those dogs are about a lvl 12-14 when it comes to attack power, at that skill level, so it's like 5 lvl 13's picking away at something, and when you have boars, or tigers to add to it (not ogres...they aren't worth much...) then the damage to your enemies is even more so." -nodachi

"Get lvl 12 skill "Rushing Into" and use a mana leech necklace. You will love the killing speed... just buy the items that adds mana, don't need to put pointss into WIS...Rushing Into: +200% common attack damage, 120% knockdown rate, at lvl 1, adds 15% common damage per lvl from lvl 2 to lvl 9 (MUST use 1 handed weapon)... and muscleman can also get a skill like Cyclone Strike (just like WW in D2) at lvl 15: -40% dmg at lvl 1, +2.5% per lvl." -evilking

Stats Tips'n'Hints

"Pump too much to dex and you'll regret. Because for Muscleman it only adds 0.67% to SR, 0.5% to DR, and 100% to CON and STR. Later in the game you will find +400/500 SR items, and high dex items. You won't need to hit so accurately if your attack speed is fast. Hitting about 80-90% accuracry is quite enough." -inzaghi09

Equipment Tips'n'Hints

"Mana regeneration supplies don't really cost that much when seen at from higher level's bank rolls, and my Muscleman has several items on him that greatly increase the recharge on his mana, a 210% mana regeneration fire lance, and an alternate earth one, at 196% regeneration, also a few rings and others that help out. I get about 5-7 mana recharged a sec, and can initially summon 5 wolves and 2 tigers before my mana is depleted. And by the time they all die or vanish, my mana is already recharged." -nodachi

"Single-hand weapons are really a lot faster than two-hand ones. And, you can in-lay up to 4 gems, 2 in each weapons." -inzaghi09

"Two single-hand weapon. One with Speed, high CAP and HP aborbing inlaid with jingwei stones. The other with Speed, high CAP and MP absorbing, in-laid with freeze or stun." -atilas

"Speed isn't that important on single-hand weapons, Rushing Into provides that." -metabot1
